Background only - not a government form
Many countries want a plain light background, often white or off-white, with the face clearly lit. nobg can drop the room and stage a solid color. It does not set millimetre head height, does not print, and does not submit an application. Treat the PNG as a starting file, then crop to the template your authority publishes.
Why on-device matters here
A passport photo is an identity document in the making. Sending it to a background-removal SaaS is optional risk. This page never posts the pixels.
